Personality:Hades is known for his quick personality changes. He is usually cheerful and bubbly, and he loves to pry into someone else's personal life. When given the chance, he will talk non-stop. Hades will do anything to get on someonefs nerves when he is bored, or he will do anything to find some sort of entertainment. Often times, he loves a good challenge or competition. He gets impatient quite easily, and he will often dart into something without thinking it through.
Of course, there is always his other personality in which can appear when the right time comes. This side of him makes him go from happy-go-lucky to serious and calm in only a split second. Normally, this side of him is seen while confronting pirates or dealing with rowdy civilians. Other times, it will be during meetings with the higher ups. During this phase, he can quickly think things through instead of rushing head first into the line of fire. Some say that he is 'smarter' during these times, but that is because he makes himself seem more idiotic and easy to manipulate while in his usual personality.
No matter which personality he is currently in, he is loyal like a dog. He puts others before himself, and he will never leave someone when they are weak.

History:Fuchsia City, what would have been Kantofs largest port if it werenft for the weather, was the birthplace of Hades Deadman. His family was not rich, but they were not poor, either. Middle class, if you must. His mother didnft work, but his father's job gave them just enough to have a roof over their head and food to eat with some money left over. His mother, Alea, actually came from a high class family; however, her parents disowned her when she didnft follow through with an arranged marriage. Her reasoning was that she had fallen in love with another man: Bryson Deadman.
Anyways, this isn't about them. When he was two, his father was able to save up some money to buy a Growlithe from a local 'pet' store. The little puppy Pokemon was his only friend for some time, seeing how his mother was overprotective and kept him inside most days. When he was about to turn four, his mother gave birth to his new little sister, April. At first, he didn't like the idea of a younger kid in the house, but he soon warmed up to his sister.
Only a year after that, his mother died from cancer. He took it rather well, along with his baby sister, mainly because he didn't know what death actually meant. His father kept a really good poker face on while around his children, not wishing to upset them. Bryson's job was a nightshift, so he was able to be with them during the days without the need of a nanny.
A few days after his sixth birthday, his father decided to take April and him out for a walk. While his father wasnft looking, Hades ran off after a Butterfree. It was such a little kid thing to do, so easily distracted, but he was six, after all. There, he met Rahzel, a five year old girl who was living in Fuchsia for the time being while her father was stationed there. They quickly became friends, and Hades would make sure to always beg his father to allow him to go play with her. The only way his father would allow it was if his Growlithe, whom he began calling Russ, came along with him.
A few years passed and Rahzel was kidnapped by pirates. This caused Hades to go through a depression phase since his only human friend, other than his sister, was gone. Once that phase was over, his mind was set on joining the military so nothing like that could happen again. He and Russ trained for hours on end, becoming stronger in both body and mind.
At the age of fourteen, he was finally able to convince his father to allow him to join the Kanto Military. Russ soon evolved into an Arcanine because they had stumbled upon a Fire Stone while out training once more. Hades quickly climbed the ranks, and on his sixteenth birthday he reached Brigadier General. He is now seventeen, and his current goal is to put an end to all pirates. Of course, he doesnft know that his childhood friend is a pirate, yet. Failed history ending, but oh well
