This is probably the largest port in the world. If it invovles trading and ships then its here. Master shipbuilders can make and repair every type of ship. A very large market sells all sorts of things. Plus the military has a base here to watch over for suspicious activity. But amongst all this they probably might miss someone who is doing a decent job at keeping secret.

This city sits in a raised crater off Hoenn's eastern shore. It serves as home to the royalty and all those serving in the government. The rich here will buy things at higher prices. The only problem is getting in. The only way in besides climbing over the walls is to go in through the underwater entrance. But apparently they've developed a ships for that and will allow traders to come in for a price.

No New Posts Pacifidlog

Another of the great ports of the Hoenn region. Positioned here so ships can get ready to head west or get repaired after coming over the rough waters. It's a rather interesting place seeing as if its floating. Master shipbuilders from Slateport, on the royalty's behalf, built floating platforms and ships that all interconnected to form the "Floating City".

Being just northeast of Sootopolis most people would think this would be larger than it really is. But it has cliffs on most of the sides and shallow water on the other. They've had to build docks that strech over the shallow water to deep water to allow ships to dock. It probably wouldn't be as big if the "underwater ships" didn't pick up its passengers here.

This port is dead west of Mossdeep and shares some of its geographical attributes. It has a bit of a rocky climb to get to the market and only the outside of the "hook" has deeper water. That leaves them to make docks like that of Mossdeep out of the bay. Worth the trouble? The royal family thinks so as they projected this port.

This port was established for the ships that dared not travel west of Pacifidlog. Most of these ships could if they wanted to but they carry valuables that the owners do not want to risk losing. But that means pirates lie in wait for those ships to come, even if a lot of them have mercenaries to guard the cargo.

No New Posts Petalburg

Quickly learning about the increased pirate raids around Rustboro this port was established south down the coastline. Ships with very high valued cargo pay a fee to dock here with extra guards. To any normal bypasser this port looks somewhat small but busy nontheless, even if most of those people are undercover guards.

This port is on the island just south of Petalburg. It serves as another stop for the ships risking the long trip around Hoenn. Though it's not common knowledge that the dark cave on the north shore serves as a hideout for pirates and other scum. While they tend to avoid bringing attention to their hideout doesn't mean they still don't wait for a passing ship around the island.

This port is nestled in a hook formed by two peninsulas. Ships visit here when the rough waters between Pacifidlog and Slateport damage their ship. Unlike those waters it is very calm around here and relaxes most people.

Board Description
Hoenn
This region is the most prospering region. It has a total of nine ports of sufficient size and its monarchy sends out trade ships all around. It could be considered the "center of the world" because all large scale trade invovles it.
