Open Waters

Any sea area that is not specifically named is categorized as open waters. Usually miles of blue water that is only ever broken by the few and far between islands. Ships don't need to worry about shallow water, the deepest areas are here. But weather can change on a dime, making storms the number one danger in these parts.
