so yeah, this here is harley quentin "harleyquinn" dawson, a resident pirate and captain of the nocturne. for a pirate, he's surprisingly incredibly friendly and optimistic. he was never really a pirate by choice, but after being kidnapped and forced into it, it's now all he knows.
friends anyone, really. he won't discriminate, even if you're in the military. that's not to say he'd kiss the boot of a militia man, he just doesn't care what position you're in. pirates, obviously, will also be in this category, especially his crew members. he treats 'em like family, so i'd hope they'd like him well enough xD
enemies anyone who messes with him or his crew is his enemy, doesn't matter who they are or what rank they have. he'll cut you if you fuck with him so watch out 8| he could also use a good old fashioned friendly rival, just some competition between ships that never really end in anything awful. and yeah, he could use a ship he really hates like dahlia's ship.

Welp, this is Olivia. They're both pirates, and they both seem laid-back to an extent. Could a somewhat neutral friendship come to form between the two? Maybe you have any possible ideas for them?

I was thinking the same thing, actually :D Maybe they could sort of exchange information at ports and such if they meet up, or perhaps Harley could challenge her to a sort of "bounty race" where both ships race to have the most pillages in a week or something silly like that XD

OH OH I remember reading that she thinks men are sea urchins, I could see him playfully flirting with her for a little bit xDDD before he meets Tempest, anyway. He'd think her disgust would be hilarious =w=

Mr. Pirate could try and convince Mr. Military to join him in pirating? Since Jakome is being really reckless with his duties, and stuff.

Friends with Sagirah, maybe? She'd be unsure about how she'd feel towards him - on one hand, he's a pirate, and pirates are pretty cool! On the other hand, he's a pirate, which means there's a good chance he'll beat her and/or Rafiq up and make off with some of her gold. But then she'd feel terribly guilty for judging him based on his occupation alone, when he seems to be such a nice guy~
Personally, I think it'd be kinda funny if she was really scared of him for some reason. So like, when he tries to act all friendly and flirty (even though the latter won't happen so much now that Tempest is in the picture xD), Sagirah will be all "O.O don't hurt me! D:" and maybe Harley's reaction would be something along the lines of "...Huh. Was it something I said...? -scratches head-"
It could go either way, though likesagirah, so completely up to you! C:

ohgodyes that's so perfect XDDD and what would be worse is that he'd keep trying to "fix it" by talking to her more and terrifying her more LOL so yeah, this totally needs to happen. if they ever do get close, she'd definitely be his little sister figure owo

Aww, poor Harley~ His scary-looking Gengar/Murkrow probably wouldn't help matters either, especially since Rafiq is weak (lol that rhymed!) against the Dark/Ghost types. xD; But yes, if they ever do get close, he'd definitely be the big brother she never had! Maybe even deliver some of Harley's messages to other people for a discount/for free. Where do you want them to meet up? If it's outside of Hoenn, Sagi could always just pay a merchant ship to take her wherever (except Unova, of course. xD)
