Rules:
-Insubordination will get you killed.
-Stealing from the captain will get you killed.
-Stealing from a crew member will earn you a trip down the plank.
-Failure to complete assigned duties will earn five whip lashings.
-If anyone but the captain complains about how some one else's work is done, they get to carry said person's chore for a month, along with their own.
-Food is rationed and each crew member is given enough for a month. If you run out, tough luck, you won't get anymore until the next month rolls around.
-If you are found helping a stowaway, both you and said stowaway will receive ten lashings, and dropped off at the next port.
-Pay will be divided and distributed based on effort, completion, and how well done said work is done.
