Harley picked him up when the creature started tagging along on a business trip, and so the pirate let him come back with him onto the Nocturne. Lee's incredibly obnoxious and tends to peck Harley's head whenever the man decides to flirt with someone, so usually Harley keeps the bird locked up in his cabin.
